Common impersonator tactics
- Asking for "verification fees" by EFT before a meeting.
- Pressuring you to pay upfront via crypto, gift cards, or instant transfers.
- Sending links to "verify" your identity on lookalike domains.
- Contacting you on WhatsApp or Telegram claiming to be "Scarlette Rose support".
What Scarlette Rose will NEVER do
- Ask you to pay a deposit to a personal bank account.
- Contact you outside the platform asking for passwords or OTPs.
- Promise "guaranteed bookings" in exchange for extra fees.
- Request copies of your ID or banking PIN by message.
What Scarlette Rose WILL do
- Display the official banking details only on the secure /checkout page.
- Confirm payments manually within 24 hours via your dashboard.
- Send notifications from your registered phone number only.
Safety tips for in-person meetings
- Always tell a trusted friend your location and expected return time.
- Meet in a neutral place first if possible.
- Trust your instincts — leave any situation that feels wrong.
- Never share your home address or banking details with a client.
